Common Questions

A child must complete 3 years of age by March 31st of the admission year to be eligible for Nursery admission. Please carry the original birth certificate at the time of application.
For Nursery to Class II, there is a simple interaction session with the child and parents. For Class III and above, students undergo a basic written assessment in core subjects along with an interview.
You will need the birth certificate, transfer certificate (for Class II onward), previous report card, Aadhar card copies of the student and parents, address proof, and passport-size photographs. A full checklist is available on our How to Apply page.
Yes, LRPS provides bus transport covering major routes within Leh and nearby villages. Transport fee varies by distance, please contact the school office for route details and charges.
Yes, hostel/boarding facilities are available for students. Please contact the school administration for details regarding accommodation, eligibility, and hostel admission procedures.
English is the primary medium of instruction across all classes, in line with our CBSE affiliation. Hindi and local language (Bodhi/Ladakhi) are also taught as subjects.

Mid-session admissions are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to seat availability in the relevant class. Please contact the admissions office directly to check current availability.
LRPS has a prescribed uniform for daily wear and a separate uniform for physical education / sports days. Uniforms can be stitched/purchased from designated vendors recommended by the school, details are shared after admission confirmation.
